Chris Cunningham

Chris Cunnigham came up in a previous tutorial so I have

been having a look at some of his work. This example is just

a collection of some of his work but it is clear to see some

techniques and the importance of quality audio matching to the video.

Rotascope movie

Found this movie which uses rotascope within a stop-frame movie.

It's only simple but is an effective technique.

Found Image Idea

Using images found online I created this quick movie to show how this visual style could work!

Storyboard Animation

The video that has been uploaded isn't displaying the video correctly. Some frames are missing out but the general idea can be seen. A few extra sketches/scenes are needed I think to make the animation as quick as the audio.

Quick Animation of Storyboard

Edited Sound

Managed to download the video from youtube, convert it to MP3 then using audacity slice the audio i needed and change the order of whats said to fit the animation better.

Creature Comforts

Create comforts use sound clips that already exist and then create the animation. This is a technique we plan to do, using a sound clip from a talk radio show.
